ride

Nice ride to work this moring on the Jake. Need to get more used to the frame fit and most importanlty the gears, like which gear i should be in when and the anticipation of the shift.

Pretty sweet riding a geared bike in. There are some small hills going in and out of drainages, so being able to shift up and down helps. made a bit of better time coming in than usual.

Wurst ride tomorrow. Going to try and jump on and ride it with my buddy Rey. Probably won't do the whole 65 miles to New Braunfels since we will need to ride back. After beers and brats turing around and riding 65 more miles might not be what we want to do. Think we'll do about 50 or so and then turn around, both want to get a century in. Wanted to do it on the fixxie, but figure it might be a real good ride to get more comfortable on the Jake.
