Got home from a little work trip to a lignite mine up in the Martin Lake area. Had an interesting Mexican dinner in the little east Texas town of Palistine. Averill, this another one of those landmaks that has a funny cracker pronunciation.
rEy and I went on a little urban cruise. Both of us have been having to work like dogs and riding has been limited. Probably the first time in about a month we've even ridden together. Him and Hector were kind of dicks the other day and didn't see if I wanted to ride Saturday. Oh well, they went for a super hot road ride. I waited till about 4 and hit up some sweat Green Belt action. Did the Toys R' Us loop and then explored some new trails up toward the Travis County development. Some killer fast smooth and technical mixed single track. Other stuff was just dead ending painful painful rock gardens.
